Webinar: Rider Balance & Coordination

Rider Balance & Coordination

Join us for an interactive webinar as we look to improve our balance, coordination and feel.

As we transition into winter, it is a good time to focus on rider fitness and keeping "fit" with balance and coordination exercises throughout the colder months. Trish will cover topics such as how to use Franklin method equipment and how to use Imagery while focusing on exercises that will help us improve our balance and coordination!

We will be moving around in this class, so bring a yoga mat, flat seated chair, comfortable clothes, and have some space to move around, and be sure that you can see the monitor if we move down to the mat.

Investment: $30 (non-refundable)
