  • Topic: Maximizing Motivation and Flow for Peak Performance with Kylie Bartel

Similar to the “drive” and “draw” energies we use to move horses, people are moved by motivational “pushes” and “pulls”.  In order for us to show up as our best selves, we must understand how to harness and shape these motivational forces so that we cultivate more resonance, momentum, and an inner “yes!” to life.

     In this seminar, attendees will:

    • Understand how to harness and shape motivational forces.

    • Learn practical strategies for maximizing and understanding motivations on a deeper level.

    • Strengthen their flow with their horses that starts with us.

Topic: Communication Skills that Build Confidence

Confident dialogue comes from intentional use of communication skills that result in conversations that are proactive and rewarding, even when the topic is not.

    In this seminar, attendees will:

    • Reflect on their learning
