A day of biomechanics and postural assessments!
This course will focus on common postural problems found in the equine athlete and how we can address these imbalances. Tina will discuss both activating the body and stretching the body and when it is most appropriate to use both techniques.
The day will start with a lecture and Tina will explain how to see and evaluate postural imbalances with a demo horse, and will end with practical application of both stretches and activations to use on your horse to help correct and strengthen the horse.
Participants will leave with knowledge of what to look for on their horse and how to break down and apply the appropriate modality to help their horse the most. The session will be recorded and participants will receive a free link to the video to re-watch as many times as you wish!
Demo horses are provided! No need to bring your own.
